With Jigsaw Fitness, you get
to train at Sharon’s home studio or in the privacy of your own
home or at a local park for group training or boot camps.
Sharon is not only a Cert 3
Gym Instructor & Cert 4 Personal Trainer, she is experienced in
critical care nursing and chronic disease management. After
nursing many patients over the years with all the associated
complications due to poor lifestyle choices, then trying to help
those in the community improve their quality of life through
chronic disease management care planning, Sharon decided to
fight fire with fire and become a Personal Trainer to work
towards preventing these obesity related complications and to
help reverse those who may have these conditions already like
diabetes and heart disease.
Jigsaw Fitness provides
Personal Training both 1 on 1, 2 on 1, small groups, corporate
groups, boot camps, boxing classes, pre-season sports
conditioning whilst ensuring it is fun and affordable, yet a
very effective means of achieving significant improvements to
health and fitness.
