
Boot Camps
Sharon is not a
drill sergeant!! Jigsaw Fitness does not use massive truck tyres or make you
put large amounts of weights on your back in a back pack. These things can be
very detrimental to your health and significantly increase your risk of injury.
Sorry but Jigsaw Fitness’ aim is not to make you vomit and do not throw eggs at
you if you are the slowest person.
Jigsaw Fitness’
aim is for you to enjoy exercise, increase your heart and lung fitness and
increase your strength and endurance in a very encouraging and fun environment.
Weight loss is a beneficial by-product of your efforts. You put in a big
effort, you will get big results. You exercise but don’t follow all the
nutritional advice you will get smaller results. It is up to you outside of
your exercise sessions.
Sessions for
either 6.00am, 9.30am or 7.00pm currently in Montmorency and Eltham.
1 hr sessions
every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday for 6 weeks.
Boot camp is a
balance of high intensity workouts incorporating cardiovascular, resistance &
flexibility training that will yield amazing results when you put in. The more
you put in the more you get out of it.
Loads of
nutritional advice, regular motivational emails & other healthy lifestyle
choices are discussed throughout the program;
A complimentary
Fitness Assessment is performed at the beginning of the program and then another
performed on the last day of boot camp to see just how much you have improved;
Caters for all
fitness levels.
